Robert serves as the EVP of Operations at Teamatical, where he is embedded full-time establishing processes, workflows, reporting standards, and quality frameworks to support a rapidly scaling environment. Prior to Bridge Lake, Robert built a career spanning cloud infrastructure, product management, and business development at THG Ingenuity and VCG.
An entrepreneur himself, Robert co-founded Rezen, a direct-to-consumer sustainable fashion brand, launched in several countries. He holds an MSc by Research in Cell Biology & Synthetic Biology and a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Kent.
